You reach out
Call us or send the estimate form with a few photos. We ask what is happening, how old the home is and whether water is coming in now.
You get: A booked visit, or an emergency crew if it cannot wait.

We inspect
We run a camera through the sewer, trace the water line or test the pump and valve setup. You can watch the video with us.
You get: A clear explanation of the problem, with video or photos.

Written estimate
We send an itemized quote: materials, labour, permit fees, excavation, restoration and the rebates that apply, with your cost after them.
You get: One document you can compare line by line with any other quote.

Permits and scheduling
Once you approve, we apply for the plumbing or building permit, request utility locates and book a start date that works for you.
You get: A start date and the permit number for your records.

The work
Where the soil and layout allow, we replace pipe through small access pits. We protect the driveway, lawn and interior and keep the site tidy each day.
You get: Updates as we go and an inspection booked with your municipality.

Restoration and rebate file
We backfill, compact and restore as listed in the quote, then hand you the invoices, before and after photos and permit proof for your rebate claim.
You get: A complete package ready to submit.

What every estimate includes
No single lump sum. Each part of the job has its own line, so you can see where the money goes and compare quotes fairly.

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The visit and the written estimate cost nothing and you are under no obligation.
Do I have to pay for everything before the rebate arrives?
Rebate programs pay you after the work is complete, so the invoice is paid first. For larger projects, ask us about payment plans, and we will show your cost after rebates in the estimate so you can plan.
Who applies for the permit?
We do. We apply for the plumbing or building permit, book the inspections and give you the permit record, which most rebate programs require.
Will you dig up my driveway or lawn?
We use trenchless methods wherever the soil and pipe layout allow, which usually means two small pits. When open digging is the better option, the estimate says so and lists the restoration.
What if you find something unexpected once the work starts?
We stop and show you what we found before doing any work that is not in the quote. Nothing extra goes ahead without your written approval.
